My work history includes 15 years of high school physical education/health /social studies teaching. My coaching career, extended beyond my teaching career, has spanned 35 years; coaching cross¬-country, football, wrestling and track & field of which 24 were as a head coach at both the high school and collegiate levels. 17 years of those coaching years were here at Quincy High School; 4 years as assistant football coach, 7 years as Head Cross-Country coach, one year as assistant track coach and 11 years as Head Track & Field Coach.

Outside of education, I have been a board member of the Washington State Hay Growers Association, serving 6 years as president. I am a founding member and past Vice President of Upper Grant County Habitat of Humanity, have been a council member and vice president at St. .Paul Lutheran Church and am currently on the executive council of the E. As your Board Member it is my focus to work collaboratively with my fellow Board Members, Superintendent and District Staff to assist all our students in reaching their greatest potential while being responsible and accountable to our community in that process.
